Committing to your intervention, whether a therapy session or a sports session or both combined, involves attending sessions weekly.
Sessions last 60 minutes or 90 minutes for therapy and sports combined and will take place from the starting time agreed and on the same day each week, where possible.
You must attend your sessions regularly and on time. If the session starts late, your practitioner/coach will not be able to extend the length of the session.
Our contracts for our interventions are open-ended, meaning there is no fixed number of sessions you are limited to.
When you first commence sessions, Taylor Sports and Wellbeing will agree a start date that means the first 6 sessions can be attended with no breaks.
This does not mean we have an initial 6-week contract. It is arranged this way to provide the best possible basis for a therapeutic relationship to develop.
If you are unable or unwilling to meet the commitments of this contract, we regret that we will not be able to continue offering you counselling.
